Ajay Wadhwani joined the family business in 1983 and today leads all aspects of project planning, finance and construction. His dynamic personality and sharp business acumen has helped take the company to the next level, while upholding the legacy of PR Builders. His daily responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and architects as well as BMC officials, deal negotiations, site planning and plot acquisition and sales.

Avinash Wadhwani forayed into the business in 1988 after completing his graduation in Commerce. His legal acumen and knowledge of finance and tax assist him to head up the Finance & Legal aspects of the business. Avinash is the backbone of PR, ensuring all aspects of the business run smoothly. His daily responsibilities include plot acquisition and sales, coordinating and working with tax teams, legal and accounts.
